My son LOVES these shoes. He wore his first pair out quickly. The tabs on the tongue frayed so much that I cut them off. The toes wore down terribly. I bought another pair so he could use the first pair as play shoes and the second pair for school. The second pair is already starting to look so worn at the toes. He loves them, though.
