I'm 5'6" 251 lbs. I wear an XL in women's size 16-18. I bought a 3x. I could have gotten away with a 2x but I do a lot of walking and the 3x is spacious without looking humongous. I was a bit disappointed in the fabric of the scrubs. But they fit well and maybe a bit thicker than other brands. I washed them twice. Some of the stiffness disappeared but still not as good as other brands.

I teach high school. During football season, and especially homecoming week, we have dress-up days. I bought these scrubs for our character day. I went as Alex from Orange is the New Black. I looked at several options of scrubs, but went with this set because the measurements listed for the size I ordered made it seem like these would not only fit, but be a little loose. They were not. They were snug. I almost sent them back, but ended up throwing some very uncomfortable shapewear on underneath so they would fit better.
