The shirt can certainly do the job if you're looking for a shirt for a costume or a quick wear occasionally. It is very thin, with a brand tag showing on the bottom front right side of the shirt itself. It stretches some, but just becomes more thin and slightly sheer. The red color is as-pictured in product images. I usually am between a medium and large and went with the M. It was quite tight and left very little to the imagination.

While the Ad says this top is to wear under a scrub top, I purchased it to go with a new Fall jacket that I purchased on Amazon. - I was so surprised when I tried on this t-shirt! as it fits "just right" and it's super comfortable. What I like most about it is that it's a great quality top! it's not your typical long sleeve t-shirt. I highly recommend this top as I plan to purchase it in more colors.

This long sleeve top is a great undershirt for short sleeve scrub tops. It fits like a leotard and hugs my body; which is great for layering with a scrub top so it will not roll up or fabric bunch up underneath my scrub top; lays flat and smooth! Plan to order more colors. I'm 5'6', 160lbs, 36C and purchased the Medium. Had also ordered one large but was happier with the Medium; Large length was too long as well as the arm length.
