The bottle and cup and tray are all beautiful. The reason I am not giving 5 stars: The bottle pump dispenser was missing the inner straw portion, so it was unusable until I found another spare pump top to fit it. It is a standard size but the threads were a little rough to get another pump top to work, but it did work out. Perhaps it is better because the pump top provided was plastic, nice for lack of rust but I prefer stainless steel pump tops (in general I try to avoid plastic things where possible). The tray is beautiful. The ceramic is also beautiful. The soft white can blend towards white or cream if needed. Star Rating System (How my star ratings translate): 1 STAR - Completely unusable, would request a refund 2 STAR - Meets minimum viable product requirements, wouldn't purchase it again, I don’t expect it to last long. 3 STAR - It does what it should, but in a non-spectacular way, I may recommend it with reservations, and it likely has quality issues. 4 STAR - I like it. It is solid quality and delivers as advertised, I would likely purchase it again. 5 STAR - I love it. It meets or exceeds all of my expectations and is high quality, I would purchase it again and would openly promote it to friends

even though our bathroom is not minimalistic, the design for this set gives the minimalistic, simplistic modern energy, clean and smooth. the suction for the soap dispenser works very well. easy to keep clean and definitely water resistant. highly recommended

I wanted to update the look of a bathroom and this set did the trick. They have a heavier weight to them, so especially the soap dispenser, doesn't tip when using. The tray is nice and pulls the whole look together and gives the set a neater appearance, when on the counter.

Very attractive, sturdy, seems well made. I like the tray which is made out of rubber wood. The tray has little silicone like grippers on the bottom to keep it in place. The soap/lotion dispenser works great. It was easy to insert the straw into the pump top since it arrived packaged separately within the same box. The dispenser and cup are made from resin and have a nice, sturdy feel. The material makes it easy to grip and the grooves in them should help prevent them slipping out of one’s hands. I am giving the set to my son as it is really attractive yet not overly feminine and not made of glass! I highly recommend this item. This set has a beautiful, natural appeal. ... show more

This soap and toothbrush holder is really nice. The soap dispenser and the tooth brush holder does not have the rubber round grips on the bottom. But the wooden piece does .. so while on the wooden tray the items sit good. Without it they sort of slip around and not firm on the counter surface. Other than that I love the look of it.
