Loved but needed to exchange as fabric was snagged from previous person. Armpit and chest fabric might be a little too loose but i can work with it. The waist band is three elastic bands, not smocked. Only the top band is sewn to the underlining. Middle/bottom elastic band is just there so you might have to pull the top layer down often. I loved this dress but the arm holes were huge and made the garment sag down and reveal my bra. I'm a normal build/size and just feel it should have been tailored differently for the size of the dress. If I had sized down, it would have been too tight.
