This is a lovely, flowy, flattering dress. I am 5'3", 130 lbs (66 years old), carrying my weight in my hips/thighs, and do have the "menopause belly" and the small fit fine. (The print camouflages a lot!) I did try the medium, which also fit, but it was a little big in the shoulders, so I stayed with the Small. It was too low in the neckline for my taste, so I wore a lace Cami underneath. I loved it!

This looked so cute, but it was a size too big. I plan to return it, and purchase a size medium. Amazon recommended a size large, but I think because of the style of this dress I should go with a medium. Recommend sizing down, because it is a baggy sort of dress.
