Nicely packaged. Took me just a few minutes to assemble after I laid out and sorted the parts. There are screws included to secure it to your cabinet, but they only include 2, according to instructions. I received an extra. Picture instructions were clear, for the most part. Make sure your sliders are facing the same way, so when your basket is slid all the way back, it hits the backing in the slider. If you turn one the wrong way, you won't be able to pull the basket out. It wasn't super clear in the picture instructions, but a good look at the part itself will give you that "aha" moment. My assembly did come with a couple extra parts than were listed on the sheet (9th bolt, 3rd screw, and 9th plug). They also include parts not needed if you don't plan on stacking. If you're stacking two sets of these, part G will be needed, and instructions for putting stacks together are on the back side of the instruction sheet. There are hard plastic sheets on the bottom of each tray to keep things from falling through the basket. That's nice. Bottom tray has just under an 8" clearance to the bar that is the top tray slider. You can stand something slightly taller in that tray, but when you pull the tray out, it will hit that bar and knock over whatever it is you put in there. Personally, I would apply a little grease in the sliding rails. It is metal on metal, so over time I'm sure it'll make pulling the drawer a little difficult. I've been on an organizing binge these last months and had previously purchased other similar under-the-sink organizers. I found all of them to be very flimsy with mesh baskets that did not slide in and out easily. When I saw these, I purchased two immediately. Wow - what a difference. These are sturdy and quite good looking. Most importantly, they function perfectly. The wire baskets slide in and out smoothly and easily. This is the perfect size for the space I have underneath my sink. It looks bigger in the photos, so I'm glad I measured before buying and didn't assume. It's also nice quality and runs smoothly on the rails; I love it. Some things to be aware of: the directions to assemble it aren't as clear as they could be, but we figured it out, if weighted down with items it's sturdy enough, but will wobble with only light items in it (there is hardware to screw it down which I didn't want to do), the height is adjustable, and there's nothing stopping the baskets from coming all the way out and off the rails when pulling the baskets out. I purchased this organizer for under our kitchen sink. We have multiple types of cleaners and a back stock of them...so I wanted this or corral everything. Unfortunately you cannot put standard cleaner spray bottles on the lower tray. (This seems to be a common issue with many of these types of organizers.) I ended up using this organizer in the bathroom, which seems like a better fit for the size then in the kitchen. Overall not a bad buy, but I for the life of me cannot understand why they don't make the lower tray taller. ... show more

    • POOR QUALITY and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We git this for an undersink cabinet. When we tried to put it together the screws would not go in properly. My husband had to basically redrill the holes for the screws to work. Wobbly at best but I put the heavier items in the bottom pull out and pushed it against the edge of the cabinet. Should have just put it back in the box and returned for a refund but we needed something tonhold all the cleaning products. I wrote to their Customer Service for assistance but they have not been in touch for over a week. Worthless buy another brand! ... show more
