Positive: It's stamped 925 and there's alot of detail in the feather. Negative: Unfortunately it arrived completely tarnished and the tiny 3x3 polishing cloth was pretty useless. So/so: Trying to figure out the best way to put it on. Do I widen it and put my hand thru like a bangle? Do I pull the ends apart and try to force my wrist thru like a cuff?
