I find myself reaching for these pants a lot. The wider, but not too wide, legs make them cool in summer. For linen type pants they do not wrinkle much. I have a straighter figure with slim hips and these pants fit me well. I can see if you carry more weight in your hip area these might not be the best choice.

I just tried on my new purchase. I love the feel and breathability of the fabric. Based on other ratings regarding shrinkage when washed, I ordered a size up. Fits great. I hesitate to give a 5 rating until after the first washing and because the sizing wass not true. I am considering ordering in other colors if they wash well.

I don't usually write reviews, but I love these pants. I wore them on a trip to brutally hot Italy and they were so comfy that I wound up hand washing them and wearing them again, as well as on the trip home. I was heartbroken when someone shoved me in a line at the Vatican and they caught on something and ripped, but I wore them again anyway! They fit well, packed well and washed well. Going to get another pair!

I ordered these in white and black. I'm short, 5', so I presumed these would be longer length on me. I've ordere the black twice and between the three pair the length varies by several inches. The white pair hits below my ankle bones but doesn't drag the ground, these are my favorite pair and I'm keeping them. Both black pair differ by a couple inches from each other and both hit me above the ankles by a couple inches. I don't care for the fit of either. One pair seemed to be sewn wrong at the hemline and I sent them back and got the second pair. The other pair I think I dislike because of the length and the pockets, it makes me look very wide. I think the longer length is better or the pockets need to go. I'm not a fan of pockets on pants like this, I think they add width in the hips and don't serve a purpose since the fabric is so thin, I'm not going to carry anything in them so don't add them. The fabric is very nice. I just took them on a Caribbean vacation and they came out of the suitcase somewhat wrinkled, so did a lot of things, but once hung in the closet overnight they were very wearable with no ironing needed. The white is just slightly sheer, I'm very conservative and wore beige underwear and didn't feel you could see my skin. The black pants were both a slightly different shade of black, but blacks are funny that way. Both were fine and if I didn't have them together I wouldn't have noticed. I didn't keep either so I don't know how it holds up to laundering, whether it fades. I'm tempted to try ordering a black pair once more and see if I get a longer length, I'm short so they should hit me longer if I get a longer pair. I can't figure out why the white pair is so much longer but I love that pair.

If you are 5’7 like me then know that the length is off - a bit above the ankle, so they just look like high waters. I am afraid to put them in the dryer because they are that cotton that will surely shrink. I’m going to keep them because they look cute with flip-flops, but I wouldn’t wear them with any other type of shoes. I got the navy blue - nice true navy.
