The waist & tummy area fit nicely without binding or pinching, probably because I went up a size from what I used to fit... The legs are pencil skinny and (possibly because my legs are not pencil skinny) they look a little bunchy all down the length of the pant. If I wear these with boots in the winter, the pants will definitely be tucked into the boots, because I can barely get a crew length sock under them. I bought 3 pair of these jeans before the pandemic and am still wearing them. I shouldn't because the knees have big holes in them. But, the jeans fit beautifully and wore very well. That brings me to this pair of jeans - listed as identical to my current ones, I was excited to order them and stock up. When I tried on the jeans, same size as before, same style, they were huge! The legs around the thighs bagged. A large piece of fabric bunched at the crotch. and hung loose at my stomach. The only thing that fit right was the legs in the calf area. I washed them in some hot water to shrink them. That helped, but not enough. They will not be a "publicly worn" jean. Disappointed. ... show more

Finally found jeans that do not hang 5 inches past my foot. They hit right where they should. Great value, variety of colors, and there’s stretch in the waist. The back also doesn’t push out over your backside. For us short girls, these are great!!
