    • Great skinny jeans for plus size women!
Let's face it: when you're a voluptuous goddess, buying jeans is almost as bad as buying swimsuits. I loathe it. Every company has a different fit, a different idea of sizes, etc. I weigh 230, I'm 5'7", and wear a solid 3x, usually a size 22/24. I have an apple body, and long, more slender legs. Usually my waist is a size larger than my legs, so when I find jeans that fit in the waist, they're usually too baggy in the legs. I ordered these jeans in a size 22, and they fit perfectly! Comfortable in the waist, fitted in the legs. After wearing these for a while, they loosened up, probably due to the spandex/stretch in the fabric (which is great!). They don't bag at the knees! I have not washed these yet, I'm hoping they'll shrink just a bit, so they'll go on tight and loosen up a bit with wear. I will edit this review after I've washed and worn the jeans again. The dark color "mascara" was a dark, dark blue. I like it, but I'd love to see some lighter colors in this jean. I wore them with uggs and a casual tunic; I also dressed them up with a nice top and blazer, and menswear-style brogues. After purchasing these, I've since tried other Levi's signature jeans, including tall lengths (I have long legs), straight-leg jeans in typical blue, etc. When you find a company that makes jeans that look good, you buy more! The best part is how ridiculously affordable these jeans are. Until I was wearing these, I had to buy jeans from a pricey department store, spending more than $100 a pair. I highly recommend these; given the stretch, if you're between sizes, you could possibly go down a size. These jeans fit me like a glove. I absolutely love them. It’s not always easy for me to find jeans that fit me well. The best I’ve found to wear that are comfortable and fit well are jeggings because they have a nice stretch to them. I’m 5’ 4, weigh 160 and fluctuate between sizes 12 and 14. These are comfy for sure. They look good, run true to size, and are just the right length. They do have some stretch, which is great but it may be a bit too much stretch. A couple of hours into wearing them, they’ve stretched so much, they’re falling down—like way down. I can easily pull them down completely without unzipping or unbuttoning them. I definately have to wear a belt with these. Maybe I could have sized down but I don’t like to wear pants that are even slightly tight so I didn’t want to take the chance. I wish I had. I love the Levi jeans. They fit right and are soft, probably the most comfortable jeans I’ve owned. I’ve always liked a darker color jean, so I know that you need to wash them a few times to stop the color from bleeding and staining everything. I’ve had these jeans for months, I’ve tried washing them in cold water, hot water, leaving them to soak over night, but they still stain EVERYTHING. My leather car seats, two purses, my hands, anything light colored I put in my pocket (keys, phone, etc) are all now blue. I first ordered my normal size (my Old Navy size) in a 16 regular. They were too small with not much stretch. Returned for an 18 and they’re absolutely perfect! I would venture to say the “Bae” color runs small. Other reviews said other colors ran big. Not sure. I love the color and the fit of these jeans! I have such a hard time finding jeans. I am top heavy with muscular legs and skinny ankles. Jeans always fit baggy around my ankles if they fit around my waist. Not these! If you have larger legs or cankles, you may want to size up at least one or the ankles of the jeans may be too tight. But for my weird shaped body these jeans work great! ... show more

These are a thicker Jean. Color was exactly as described. Fabric is a heavy material that will hold up against rips. I have had no problem with the zipper. True to size.
