Suction cup came off. Been trying for 2 months to get a replacement and they keep slow rolling me and ghosting me. 2-27-25 update, I received an email from customer support that they were sending a replacement pillow. I received it today and wanted to update this review and my star rating. Even though it took awhile I glad they fixed it.

My hair always got wet in the spa - I'm short so my head is close to the water. This pillow keeps my head in a great position - hair out of the water but shoulders in. It is very comfortable to use and the textured covering is non-slip. We do take it out of the spa and let it dry in the sun, and so far have not had any need to clean it. However, the shaping might make it difficult to clean though I have not needed to so far. I would definitely buy this again.

I have widespread chronic pain and take at least a bath a day. The hot water helps with managing the pain and I've taken up to 5 baths in one day! For years I've used the same style plastic bath pillow purchased from an unmentioned retail store. The suction would fail, or I couldn't clean well enough so I'd throw it away and purchase another...for years. Last week, I decided to see what Amazon had for options/prices. This pillow interested me because of the price, the positive ratings and the fact that I can machine wash it! Awesome!! I recieved it next day, couldn't wait to try it out! Amazing!! So comfortable, soft, cushy! It stays in place! I'll wash it in the washing machine and see how it hold up. But for now I'm so grateful to have this pillow .....I'm writing this review IN THE TUB! (Dont drop my phone 😲) note: the person who posted about the fabric being bothersome.... I tend to have sensitive skin when in a flair up so your post interested me. But my pillow is soft and not scratchy. I wonder if you got a bad batch. Anyway, worth the money buy one (or 2- give as a gift!) 💙 June 2022.....FYI the pillow is still comfy, but be sure to hang it after using because it will smell. I wash it with bleach in the washer often to keep it clean. It also discolored so it doesn't look nice and white anymore. I would still buy it again!

The pillow itself was great. Nice texture and size. Fabric is soft. The suction cups on the back detached from the fabric after several uses. They are sewn on and can be re-attached, but I wish they would have stayed on in the first place. This does have a hook at the top so you can hang it for easy drying.

This. Is. Amazing. We don't have a big jacuzzi style tub, but rather just a standard tub/shower combo. Everyone and their mom knows how uncomfortable it is to try to take a soak in a standard tub; it's impossible to lay down and try to rest your back and head on the edge of the tub without immediately regretting the decision to take a bath. Knowing all of that, we purchased this kind of as a shot in the dark, not thinking it would be as amazing as it is. It truly makes laying down in the tub to soak after a hard day's work comfortable. As far as the actual quality of the pillow, it seems to be very well made. I also love that it has a handle/hook, so when you're done using it, you can hang it on the shower head to dry. A concern I had when purchasing this tub pillow was just that I was worried it wouldn't dry well and get gross or even mold. That hasn't been the case though! It dries super well, and there have even been times (admittedly several 🥴🤦🏼♀️) where I've forgotten to hang it to dry, and it's never had any problems. The suction cups are good as well, do you don't have to worry about it slipping around while you're in the tub. Overall a super great purchase. Definitely worth investing in one for the comfort, because when you're wanting to relax and relieve tension in a hot bath, you need to be comfortable. So definitely a 10/10 hidden gem.
