Everyone will have a different comment on the fit, but that's because we are all different. So just take all of these reviews with a grain of salt. I am a Sidefeel fan because of the quality of the pants and the stretchability these give without looking like stretch pants. I want a nice pair of jeans, that look like jeans, but also conform to my body. These are it. I am 5'3" and 125 lbs. After losing 65 pounds, I wanted something form fitting, but also allowed for the unfortunate 'extra skin' that came with the weight loss. I also wanted to show off the weight loss and feel good about it. These jeans allow that. Besides looking great, these jeans have the stretch to allow for areas that are a little larger in size, while hugging the smaller areas. I hate pants that have stretch but pucker out in other areas. These pants hug all your curves without gaps and are so comfortable. The length is perfect for my shorter height. These pants are one of the few Sidefeel's styles that actually go down to a size 2 and I am grateful for that. The only negative on these pants is the color. I got the Washed Blue and thought they would be a little 'washier' like an acid wash. But they are more blue, even though the picture doesn't really show that. But still a 5 star pair of pants for a person that wants a form fitting pair of jeans on a not so perfect body. UPDATE: I just wanted to add, after having these jeans and washing them, I am completely happy with this purchase. I have gone on to buy more pairs of these jeans. What I like so much about them is the way they have stretch in them. Even after washing, they stretch to your body for the best comfort I have ever had in jeans. They will stretch with you but they don't stretch out and leave the pants baggy. I like my jeans form fitting, not baggy like some styles are now days. If you like jeans that hug to your body, I suggest you go down a size, as these will still give you comfort while making your body look nice. The only thing that Sidefeel could improve upon is I wish they had more of their styles in Size 2 and give you the options of longer pants. All their pants seem to be on the short side. Great jeans that look and feel a little like a chino material. A Go Anywhere pant. A little more polished than just plain denim. Great quality, great construction. Can be dressed up or down or go from day to night. I’m 5’4”, 110 lbs. Got the recommended size 6, I usually wear a 4 or 6. These are a perfect fit and length which is rare for me! Very nicely fitted through high waist ( which I love) and hips, but very comfortable. Love them, so flattering. Just be aware that waist and hip are fitted but very comfortable due to stretch. Love these wide leg pants! I’m 5’8” and 148 lbs with a 28” waist. I bought a size 8 and they fit perfect! I usually wear a 6, so I did have to go up a size from my norm. The rose denim color is so cute! They’ve become one of my favorite pants to wear. Only downside for me is the length. If they were an inch or two longer they’d be perfect. That’s why I gave 4 stars. Still great pants, just have to wear taller ankle boots. I can’t wear keds or sneakers because the bottom of the leg catches on the shoe. Ballet flats are still cute though! ... show more

I’m glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews. Or I was lucky. The jeans were great. I’m 5’ 136 and I bought an 8. They fit comfortably. There was a slight smell. I washed them and no smell after. I absolutely love these the fit was perfect, they’re extremely comfortable, there of a good quality they were true to size depending on the cut of the jean I wear anything between a size 0 to a size 4 occasionally a size 6, the length for me was perfect. I am 5’7” and it’s nice to have something that actually goes all the way down your leg and is not a high water nor does it just sit above your shoe line this Ashley covers your shoe. The color is perfect, and the design gives it a little bit of that designer look. I will definitely buy these again.
