The fit just didn’t quite land for me. The denim itself is actually nice, soft, with enough structure to hold its shape and the high waist is flattering and comfortable. The raw hem is also a cute, on-trend detail that gives them a casual, lived-in feel. Where these fell short is the length and leg shape. On me, they hit at a really awkward spot, not quite a capri, not quite a cropped jean which made the overall look feel a bit off. I wish they were just an inch or two longer for a cleaner look. The straight leg also runs wider than expected and doesn’t taper much, which gave them a slightly boxy look instead of something more streamlined as pictured. I can see these working better on someone with different proportions or if you’re going for a relaxed, looser straight-leg style. But if you prefer a more tailored or tapered look like me, these may not be the most flattering option. Overall: good fabric and cute concept, but the proportions didn’t work for me. ... show more
