I'm happy to share my experience with this electric adjustable desk, which I've been using for the past 10 days since receiving and assembling it. First of all, I want to commend the desk's simple installation process. The user manual is very concise and labels each component, making it easy for me to locate them. The installation steps are detailed, with accompanying images, allowing me to understand how each part should be correctly assembled. Next, I must mention the desk's excellent quality, especially the wooden surface. It's smooth, has a deep color, and looks aesthetically pleasing. The adjustable height feature satisfies me greatly. With my previous regular desk, cleaning was a hassle, but with this adjustable desk, I can raise it to thoroughly clean every corner without straining my back. The second picture shows the desk after I completed the assembly. Since then, whenever I need to clean or work on my computer, I simply raise it to the desired height, thanks to the height adjustment panel that allows for three presets. What's most important is the child lock, which has been crucial in preventing any accidents caused by my children touching it. My only real gripe is that the table top is split into 3 sections rather than one solid piece but it isn't really a big deal and I absolutely love it otherwise. It wouldn't be hard to swap it out for a nice butcher block style table top in the future if I wanted to. I did a lot of research and this seems to be the biggest bang for your buck in 2023. Pros: - Quick to assemble (only took me about 15mins). - High weight capacity (217lbs) compared to others at this price range. I have two 30lb 28in monitors and a heavy 61lb computer tower sitting on it without a problem and it could hold around 90lbs more. - It is very stable even when fully extended. - The metal basket underneath is perfect for hiding cables. We also attached a surge protector to the bottom so only one wire comes down to plug into the wall (pictures included). - Headphone holder was a nice bonus. - Controls are decent quality and super simple. - It looks great overall. Cons: - The wire holes are a bit small (the end of a display port cable can barely fit through it) and the cover piece pops out easily if the wires are tugged. They are also made of cheap plastic but still look nice. - The tabletop is decent quality and looks nice but it isn't real wood and comes in 3 pieces that fit together rather than 1 solid piece for some reason.
