When I often buy work shoes they aren’t always 100% non slip when I first use them but these are great! Not cheap but definitely worth it and they look really casual. Giving me a slight blister and as for being comfy, ill need to wear them longer to break it but so far so good!

Little tight in the toe area but they fit true to size. My feet don't hurt after a long shift at the restaurant. Shoes for Crews is my go-to brand for work shoes now. This is the 3rd pair I've gotten. Each pair has lasted just over a year with me wearing them every single day for several hours at a time.     • Really Good Shoe, Not Great Durability

I work in a restaurant. I originally got them because they are anti-slip but also look almost like an exact analogue for my black Converse high tops and I have had 2 pairs in about 15-16 months. They do exactly what you expect and want these types of shoes to do and they clean very well. The problem is they start to tear at the heel right along the edge there the canvas meets the rubber (the same tear spot on both pairs) which you’ll most likely notice the first time you get splashed at work or step into a puddle outside and water leaks in the tear. The supportiveness of the inner sole lasts about 6 months before you start to notice the especially achy feet after a shift and the next day. 6 months is not very good and I get at least twice as long out of converse chuck high tops, which are within 5 dollars of one another and it’s unusual for a shoe to have the rubber sole outlast what’s supposed to be a rugged canvas. This is definitely something the company could address in the construction of the shoe. Overall, if you’re looking for a more casual non-slip shoe that isn’t a sneaker or clogs or some of the other types that look like abominations and 60-70 dollars is your price point, it’s a shoe worth considering. If the company addressed the durability issue, these would be amazing. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a shoe designed specifically for more hostile environments to not fall apart every 6 months. ... show more

I put inserts in them only because I'm old haha, but honestly they're more comfortable than Converse which have super thin soles. +Great Build Quality +no plastic inner heel to worry about exposing overtime +relatively easy to clean +comes with a plastic comb/tri-pic/tread depth gauge Will point out that it uses a softer rubber and is Alot quieter to walk around with vs converses, you can count on these to hold up for awhile in a carpetted setting, roads and such will wear the rubber a smidge faster. But is geared for a more professional/restaurant styling with its all black/leather focus. +Have yet to slip anywhere while wearing them so they are pretty darn good for what they offer + fitments good too + will get compliments on them overtime only real difference with these vs converses are the front toe rubber has a more rounded look vs the mostly flat back chucks, and no logo patch on the sides. ... show more

Update: it’s been six months since my original review. Purchased these in May 2023 and I’m sad to say that the day has finally come, they ripped! Made it through hell and back and it’s now Feb 2024 But on the bright side, I’m ordering the exact same ones! I stand by these shoes!!! I work at a new restaurant in town that as much as I love it, I have to admit the design choice of flooring even in the main dining area was not thought out too well lol it is sooo slippery we have had customers slip and fall. Besides the point, I ain’t going nowhere with these bad boys on! I walk so confident and comfortable in these! The grip is legit! I swear by them and I recommend them to my coworkers as often as I can! I haven’t had any issues of them tearing and I’ve thrown them in the washer and dryer as well lol going on almost 3 months with them and will buy another pair if they ever do rip up. Love them! I will say though, I have flat feet and wear converse/vans on a daily. These are very similar and have no arch support so I see how many complain about comfort, but for me these are perfect ... show more

I bought these for a server job. 3 hours in, my feet were killing me and I was forming a blister on my heels. Luckily, I had a spare pair of shoes in my car. Don't buy shoes for crews if you are on your feet/run around a lot at work.
