Had read other reviews. I usually wear a women's size 20 top. 1X fits well in most American sizes. I ordered the 3x to be safe. It is snug and will need a safety in to prevent a gape at the bust. Also, the sleeves are very long. I can cuff them and deal with it. I am 5'3" and it is quite long for a shirt. Too short for a dress. Overall, I love the print. I think this will make a good jacket or over shirt. Polyester material seems good quality. Not too thin and does not wrinkle. Like the fabric sash belt my style came with. Good for price.

I purchased the white version of what was supposed to be this same dress. The white dress is great & perfect. This dress is not made to pull in at the waist like the one I love. I'm not returning this, but I don't care for the way it hangs. My guy bought me the red one also, but he's returning it because it fits like this one. We love the way the back/waist is tapered on the white one. If you make more like that, I'll buy it. Without the tapering, it just sort of hangs like a tent.
