So as seen initially, it looks as if there are 2 separate necklaces that come together. The bar chain definitely doesn't hang lower than the heart chain. The heart doesn't sit above the bar either. I had an amazing experience with this seller. My personalized necklace was to my door in just over a week. It was beautiful. When I received it, I had a hard time getting the two layers (bar and heart) to line up. I emailed the seller and had a response that night. They remade me the same necklace on a new chain and I had it the same week. This all happened a few weeks before Christmas. The necklace is perfect. They even did the inscription in another Language for me.

Overall I like this necklace. I wish the chain was a little longer. It is adjustable but with the first setting the heart necklace is too small for an average adult. With the last setting the heart necklace is the same length as the bar necklace, so it doesnt look right. I love the necklace. It is beautiful. I hope it lasts a while.
