I am petite, pear-shaped, 5ft.0" tall and weigh 138#. Size 8. My weight is carried in my bottom & thighs~Ugh! Surprisingly, these cute jeans fit me well in all areas! Also, I consider them ankle length- another nice surprise because I thought they would be too long! I like the deep rich color (bluing) and the cool goldfish hem stitching. I do kind of miss having front pockets & would prefer slightly smaller back pockets. I'd also prefer the usual "V"-shaped yoke stitching across the back rather than the 2 darts. Therefore, I must rate as 4 star, but they are quite comfortable, good denim material, and are trendy! I will look for other clothes by "Shwemm"~a new brand to me! ... show more

These jeans are so comfy and soft. They have the perfect amount of stretch and aren’t too tight in the waist. I’m 5’1 and the length is just right, a great cropped fit without needing alterations. I have a bigger booty and they still fit great, which is rare for me. I always struggle to find jeans that aren’t too long, and these are perfect. The color is really nice too. For the most part I was very pleased with these jeans. The fit is great and they look really good. The 3 star rating is based on the fact they continue to bleed dye after the 3rd washing. Be careful not to wash them with anything other than jeans.

Shopping for jeans ranks up there with root canals and colonoscopies. Takes forever to find the right fit because I have long legs but big-girl thighs and proportionately small hips and waist.
