Ok, the images of this on the product page are misleading. These are not mirror-like. They have a similar reflective surface as brushed aluminum. You can NOT make out stuff reflected in them. Also, though I cleaned off the walls ahead of time, the tiles keep falling off of the wall. Not a good quality product. The only reason I didn't give it a lower review is the price. It's so cheap that you can't really expect quality.

My son wanted a mirror in his room but his bedspread had hexagons on it. I thought these would be a fun way to incorporate both. My son loved them but the image is distorted so it’s hard to really use them as a mirror. I’d use them again but would get a solid mirror for that specific purpose. They add a nice reflective element that makes the room feel bigger and makes his door look interesting

These came quickly and were easy to install. I put them up in my office at work. It's just normal painted drywall. Over the next few days, these mirrors fell off until there's only one left. I haven't tried to pop it off, but I feel it'd be easy to pull off, since the others fell off without any help from me. I'm going to get some command strips and see if I can hang them up with that. These are not glass mirrors though, they're cheap flimsy plastic that is super easy to bend and tear (yes tear, like paper!) They're a great size, and if you were going to hang them on a door, or smooth wood paneling, I feel like they might stick. They might even stick to wallpaper, but not painted drywall.
