I am a size 8/10, 34 D, small frame. I do not have a flat tummy. I wear a medium in tops. I ordered the 2xl & a 3xl. The 2xl was too snug in the chest area. The 3xl is a perfect fit! I don’t look like I was stuffed in it. Perfect amount of room for me. It’s not too tight & not too loose. I can’t wait to wear it out. Some reviews suggest 2-3 sizes up, but I had to go 5 sizes up…..from my usual size medium to a 3xl. I will be returning the 2xl. ... show more

I wear a US 14 blouse. Although my measurements matched the 3XL, I heeded the advice of other buyers and ordered the 4XL. The 4XL was a comfortable fit. I would recommend a good support undergarment if you want the traditional Cheongsam silhouette. The side snaps were loosely tacked. I recommend securing them with a few extra stitches. I really, really wish this would have fit me!! The fabric is absolutely beautiful, and it’s very well-made. There are two knot buttons at the top and then 2 hidden snaps so the fit would be nice w no gaps. There is also a side zipper for a nice fitted look. Beautiful shirt, fabric as pictured. Ordered a small, my usual size, which was too small, reordered a medium that was a bit loose in places but overall fine. Washed it carefully on gentle, did not machine dry. The piping on the bottom front hem had frayed apart from the shirt when I took it out of the washer. Have not even gotten to wear it once and will now have to fix it somehow to make it wearable. What you would expect for the price, I guess. I love the style and colors in the blouse;, but unfortunately I had to return it. I’m 5’ even 135-140 pounds, around a 34C and I was unable to fasten this blouse across my chest. I ordered a 3X. I usually take a medium in any blouse or shirt.
