This is astonishingly similar; not a dupe BUT is comparable with a beautiful fizzy fruit opening and an aromatic woodsy base. The apple and grape accords remind me more of the pear note found in La Belle; fizzy, juicy and crisp. Like a spicy, caramelized pear gourmand that is sweet yet not cloying. The balance of amber, resinous Peru balsam, musk, and smooth leather / suede accords really compliment the top notes without becoming too animalic. Which personally is always something I tend to struggle with when it comes to amber and musk. Far from being dark or heavy, this is a delightfully refreshing fragrance that not only gets better with time, but has impressive sillage and longevity as well! It’s also a LOVELY layering scent! And for those with trust issues with some Middle Eastern fragrances due to their tendency to pull too smokey, or strangely metallic; rest assured this fragrance does neither (at least to my nose)..and for reference, I’ve tried and massively disliked Shaghaf Oud, Ajwad, Infini Rose and Amaali. I purchased this blindly after constantly seeing people rave about it on TikTok and Instagram… and I am so glad that I did! This perfume is beautiful. Vanilla is such a simple fragrance but so easy to mess up - Casablanca is by far the best affordable version I’ve purchased. I love it so much that I want to bulk order and stash just in case it runs out. It’s so creamy and dreamy. Soft and subtle but makes it’s presence know. It’s sweet but now overpowering. Everyone will get a different levels of notes that that they smell. It's feminine. Nice scent without being overpowering. I wear perfumes so that I can smell them and not for everyone around me to smell the perfume, so the projection is perfect for me. This isn't a long lasting perfume, but for the price point it's good for 2-3 hours. It lasts much longer on my clothes than skin, which is typical for me. This is my second time buying this perfume. My mom brought this for me last Christmas and it was a blind buy for me. I ended up loving it and my mom started to love it and used all mine up. Since Christmas is coming up, I decided to buy it for her with the rest of her gifts. The scent is STRONG. But I we love strong perfumes. I dont know what to call the smell of this gold bottle Shaghaf. Its like a 1000 different scents in one bottle. When you initially spray it, it smells slightly alcoholic and then it begins to dry down and its like a dozen scents hit your nose at once, and then it dries down even more and you notice new scents and on and on and on. I am so impressed. I cant believe they packed this much scents into one bottle and somehow made it work and did not get a stew of mud instead. Its genius!!! I only just got it and have not tried it for its longetivity, but if it lasts over 4 hours, It will be my new favorite scent after the Versace dylan blue. Because perfume is quite individual, I can only speak for myself. I have usually hated most of the perfumes that most people find attractive and so I was not hopeful I would love this. I purchased this fragrance blindly. I didn’t have a clue what it smelled like prior to purchasing it. I purchased it based on online reviews. It came highly recommended. After buying it I agree. It’s a great fragrance. Very strong and lasts a long time on clothing and skin. I was told it smells like apples, caramel and other scents. So that’s why I purchased it and I agree. It smells yummy. I received mixed reviews when I wore this. Some ppl stopped me and asked what I was wearing and loved it. Others said it smelled similar to insect repellent. It does last all day and a little goes a long way. I personally enjoy the scent but it’s not for everyone!

This is a strong smell. It smells good, but for someone who is drawn to clean sweet smells. It definitely is a unisex borderline clean men’s cologne smell. Very strong musk.
