I have drove in the rain, not having an issue with hydroplaning, like I was before. Finding tires for a 2022 Ford Edge AWD was problematic. Not because I couldn’t find any but because everyone wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Everything was over 1k. I went to my go to store ( National brand with discounts) and told them what I needed and my issue with their cost. I was told that they would price match anything I found. Great… i do all the work and then they wanted to get my business. I found these quite by accident and saw they had great reviews. I paid half of what others were charging. I took them to my go to store to be mounted. Of course they wanted to tell me they would have found a comparable tire for less. I simply told them they had the opportunity to find tires for me to meet my needs and sent me away to do all the work so they lost out on the sale. They mounted the tires for about 27 bucks each. I paid less than half of the price everywhere else was asking. Now, my opinion of the tires: We had a snowfall and our road is icy. My wife was able to avoid a 7ft deep ditch because these tires did what they were supposed to do. They have definitely made the drive quieter and the car easier to handle.
