This blouse is nicely made. It's dressy enough to wear to a wedding, which is why I purchased it. The color is just a little darker than how it shows on the website, but very beautiful - I actually like this shade of blue better! I ordered my normal size and it fits perfectly. I really like the flowy sleeves as they come right at elbow length, which is what I wanted. The blouse has two layers, with a silky feeling lining (substantial weight to it so it hangs nicely) with a lightly patterned filmy chiffon over lay that hangs a bit lower than the lining. Flows, covers my butt well. For those with big upper arms you will appreciate the room there and enough coverage for those that hate having them exposed. A little scratchy and the material may snag easily but that’s expected when you look at the material listed. 5’5”, 215 pounds, 2x. Bought this to wear at a reunion of co workers. I have been ill, lost a chunk of weight, and wanted to look pretty. Bought the darker blue, size 18. Was not sure of the size when I bought it, but it fit beautifully. It has a soft stretchy knit undershirt, then the more gauzy outer shell. Sleeves are all gauzy material. They could be 2 inches shorter, but no big deal. The undershirt stretches, but it will not cover all sins and rolls. If you are like me, I like a smooth look, hiding all rolls, buy 1 size up. In most blouses I am a 16-18. Everyone oohed and ahhed over the blouse. I felt like a queen, and after the past year I've had, my ego needed it. And everyone else looked great too! ... show more

They are well made and very flattering—I got several compliments. I bought the Blue V-neck and the Green Floral one. They were slightly snug in the chest area but not bad. The directions say hand wash, but I put them in a laundry bag and threw them in the washer. Then, I hung them to dry. No problems.
