I have enjoyed this wallet - for the most part. It is slim and functional, with a nice worn hue to the leather. Plenty of room for my cards and bills. Here's the issue - I've had the wallet for 9 months, and the pull tab ribbon has torn completely free from the wallet. Without that ribbon, the outside credit card holder is essentially useless. I expected a longer life from this wallet based on normal daily usage. Not sure if I will be ordering a replacement, or trying out a different manufacturer. UPDATE: (Now 5 Stars) Within 2 hours of posting my previous review, the manufacturer reached out to me about my complaint. After sending them a picture of the damage, along with my order number and address - they shipped a new wallet to me, free of charge. I was blown away by this amazing customer service experience. Just for an understanding here, I work at a Shoe Factory and my job is Grading Leather that comes straight from a tannery. What I can say is that I like the design of the wallet and it suits me. What I can't say is that your getting quality leather. Just for those new to this, When they talk about the grain of leather, a lot is about the durability and appreance of it. The crinkled splash of dark reds and browns ect... that occurs naturally on the leather. The strongest grain leather is going to come from the "back" and the weakest/loosest is in the "legs, belly, butt, and neck" of the hide. Other considerations during grading and cutting usually refer to scars, hair cells, open holes, scratches, soft leather, and bug bites. The pictures attached is the wallet I bought the Canyon Red. The leather while mostly full grain (probably cut closer to the mid way between back and belly, is full of bug bites (the little black dots everywhere, Visible next to the bend of the wallet.) and a few of them are open upon inspection. At least in shoe production Bug bites, open marks ect. Usually get used in pieces that are turned inside out or out of view as it detracts from shoes. for a 30 dollar wallet I would want a better quality control. So functional, just not quality leather. ... show more

Sleek looking wallet but it’s NOT RFID... if I’m able to scan my badge at work WITHOUT opening the wallet and the door magically opens, I’m afraid to know what would happen if someone tried to scan my debit cards. I just need it to do what it says it would and it doesn’t. I hate to leave a bad review but don’t waste your money until they fix this. ... show more

Great looking wallet, seemed pretty solid until the seam around the license frame came loose and tore out. Update 5/22/18 the wallet finally came apart completely. Junk. The manufacturer emailed me telling me they'd rectify the problem but they refused to, and they asked me numerous times to update my review which I won't do because the item is junk and they did nothing to fix it. ... show more

I got this as a gift for my husband, it looked all good but after using for a month it started to look so worn out and the credit card pocket was so loose that every time my husband tried to take his wallet out cards started falling out if it. will defenately not recommend wasting money on this when you can get so many other options on amazon for lesser price ... show more

I went from the George Castanza wallet to this one and I loved the size and design of it. After a few weeks the 'ribbon' you pull that will lift your credit card out tore off. I decided to keep it anyway as again, great design. Fast forward 11 months and the clip that holds your cash failed one day and I ended up dropping all of my $s on the ground. I was in a hurry to get a new one as I was traveling so I simply reordered a new one hoping for better luck. What I don't appreciate is the co-founder of this company hounding me to review his product multiple times - well he gets his wish with a 1 star rating. Also frustrating is that this was listed as a Prime item and it arrived late so it missed the trip I needed it for. The 1 star rating is for the product itself but I would gave the same one for the company. ... show more
