I like these pants! My hubby first thought they looked weird ("fluffy" he said, LOL) but he's liking them better once I de-wrinkled them in the dryer and wore them with a fitted tank top. They are very comfortable and I love that they are 100% cotton (hence the need to iron, steam or use the dewrinkle cycle in the dryer).. Yes, they are not the usual style for this grandma, but I recently lost a lot of weight and love experimenting with new styles :-). And gingham is ageless! I selected the blue because I thought my wardrobe could use a little brightening up for the summer and it is a nice color. For reference, my measurements are 30" waist and 39" hips. I am 5'7" and I went with the M as I didn't want these to be too huge. I think the fit is just right. These are machine washable, but do need to be hung to dry (again the 100% cotton). I plan to wear this for casual occasions like visiting with friends, hanging out at our community pool and for brunch/lunch with some cute flat sandals and either a white crop top or T-shirt or my favorite blue tank top. I love the big pockets with the blue rope ties and the elastic high waist makes these comfortable. Overall I think these are a good value for the style and quality. ... show more

Ok these pants are kinda crazy but also I love them way more than I thought I would when I first saw them out of the package. They're VERY wide leg, but with a tighter/cropped top to balance them out, they're flattering and amazing for summer. Sizing is true to size - I am normally an XS and ordered a S here, and I have a little room. The elastic waist makes these fairly versatile size-wise. They're so lightweight, breathable, dry fast when you inevitably get sweaty, comfy. I love having big ol' pockets too, large enough to have actual utility.
