The battery pack screw was was easily stripped. Cheap metal too strong nut. Had to reverse the construction to get to back of battery pack from the inside. Was finally able to force screw out from behind. Other than that it’s a cute decoration.

I love this crystal ball. The only thing I had a problem with was trying to open the battery compartment. I ended up have to pry it open, which broke it. But it was the only way I could put batteries in it. I just duct taped it closed.

The media could not be loaded. It's really cute and makes cool Halloween decoration, however it's cheaply made. I'm not mad nor happy - it's just all right, the poor quality just washes the excitement away....

Great Halloween decoration for a great price (about $20). It's lovelier than I expected when turned on. Also, I expected it to have a cord and need an outlet, but it's all battery powered (I do not think the battery compartment is accessible, but I have not checked.) My 4 yo son and nephew are entranced by it and won't stop chattering about "spells" :-) ... show more
