  • I use mine to catch rain water.
Style: 20 Liter
It's low profile, wide mouth and excellent for any use from dish/clothes washing to catching rain water to save on money spent buying water at a convenience store/gas station.

  • Have not used yet
Style: 5 Liter
I plan to use this for an upcoming trip so I can not give a full review. What I can say is that it folds up to a compact size and light. It expands and folds easu. Easy to stuff in the carrying case.

  • Just Be Careful Where You Set It
Style: 20 Liter
I bought the 20L Sea to Summit sink to use as camp water bucket for cooking and filling nalgenes in the BWCA, at the end of a day's paddle we'd get it out, dunk it in the middle of the lake, fill it with water and pull it into the boat. Though I must cation you it's a tricky maneuver to pull off, lifting 40+ lbs up creates a big moment that tends to tip the canoe, but we managed. It's small pack-able size was a huge draw, and helped to make single portaging possible. We never had any trouble with it tipping over or spilling its contents. The thin nature of the material did cause me to be careful about where I placed it and brush away rocks and sticks to prevent puncturing though. Upon further refection though being that careful may not have been necessary, the material is probably twice as thick as an average tent floor. All in all a sound purchase, it fulfilled its roll well and I would recommend it to a friend looking for a light weight camp bucket/sink. ... show more

  • Perfect for my luxury backpacking trips
Style: 10 Liter
This works perfectly for washing my Jetboil pots and pans when I decide to cook my gourmet meals in the trail

  • This is friggin' awesome. I will admit
Style: 5 Liter
This is friggin' awesome. I will admit, I have only gone backpacking solo and haven't used this while backpacking (I just eat right out of my pot and wash in the pot), but I have gone car camping a lot with my boyfriend and dog and this thing is amazing for that. I have a Wildernest camper on my truck and try to keep my car camping essentials minimalist since my truck is a 4 banger and I don't want too much weight (these Wildernests are heavy!). I use this for everything; washing hands, face, dishes, and I like it for grabbing water out of the lake or river to drown out campfires at BLM campsites. I love that it packs down really small and the material seems durable. It can sit on anything! When I go backpacking with another person or people, I will definitely bring the sink. It would be really handy to have two for dishwashing after group meals; one to wash, one to rinse. I'll probably get another one soon! I recommend this thing! ... show more

  • Sea too Summit 5 Liter Kitchen SInk
Style: 5 Liter
I bought two of these to take the place of two rigid plastic wash basins that I used for both washing dishes and washing myself; but with a smaller packing footprint and weight. My original issue with the Summit 5-liter sink was that when camping with limited water resources, the Summit units don't hold their form too well when using only a small amount of water and can be difficult to use without spilling the liquid. I solved this issue with a home-made suspension system made from an old 1"-wide tape measure, and my initial use went well. Future trips will give me more data, but I think for me it's a winner. The quality of the unit is very good as long as it suits your purposes. From some posts I've seen, folks have purchased the unit thinking they would like them, but didn't really have a solid use reason and ended up not using them. If you have a real need, I think you will be satisfied with the Summit kitchen sink. ... show more
