I had hoped this product was designed like the brand “Sunday State” (which are also designed in silk but Sunday’s product is open doubled-silk-ruffles on the top and open doubled-silk-ruffles on the bottom with the tie securely contained in between) The shorter width of Sunday’s product adds to its fullness. This product has nice silk but is wider than Sunday’s product and sewn together with only one seam on the outside edge going around the tie. The silk is folded around the tie so that tie is loosely contained inside. There’s no ruffle to speak. This product was twice as expensive as Sunday’s so was not something I’d buy again.
