True to size, but the pockets are not made for all things that a health care provider needs to carry. After my first time wearing them both pockets in the pants ripped. This will be the 2nd time sewing them. They are comfortable and stretchy to allow you to move just don't carry much in your pockets

I was really disappointed that these did not fit me. I normally wear an XL, and after looking at the size chart, figured at 2XL would be baggy on (which I like, so picked it up). Tried it on, and the top fits like a tight Large, and the bottoms don't even come up over my hips. Once the top was on, it wasn't too bad, other than being a little tight in the shoulders and arms. Cut for a woman's figure. But with no give to the fabric, and thin nylon fabric, that would not have been comfortable all day. The seams are double-stitched, so should hold up well. Gave it two stars for that. I'd say maybe choose two sizes too large, and maybe it will fit you just fine. ... show more
