I think these are about the best scrubbers I have used. I love that there is two sides for two different applications. I also like that it softens up after the warm water hits it. The material used is supposed to soften as it warms up. They last a long time and really get the scrubbing job done. Even though these are a higher priced item, they are worth it in the end. I swear by these sponges now. I hand wash all dishes (no dishwasher) these sponges are effective for removing all particulates from dishware with minimal soaking. The varied textures from both sides of the sponge allows for heavy scrubbing or gentle washing depending on the situation. I have been using these sponges exclusively for years now and I cannot go back to the regular sponges. These last for months (each sponge depending on daily use and can be used for a myriad of tasks such as dish cleaning, counters, bathrooms, etc... They hold soap pretty well and stay bubbly for quite some time while cleaning. I would recommend these to anyone who run through sponges doing normal tasks and would like to not only cut down on their costs for those items, the waste created from using so many sponges, and would like a better cleaning experience.
