The product itself was not an issue. My problem was with TenCloud. Today, it seems like more and more companies are going out of their way to be anti-customer. I inadvertently sent this company an email regarding a return. When the email was sent, I realized my mistake. TenCloud responded by stating that they do NOT handle returns ('not' was capitalized). I know this is petty, but why can't it just be "Hey dear customer, we do not handle returns". Just...why?? ... show more

This item is easy to snap on and looks alright until you wash your hands or do anything involving a little bit of water. The water gets inbetween the screen protector and the screen even when I don't submerge it. It is annoying pulling it on and off all day to dry the screen protector as I wash my hands often at work. The touch screen is laggy due to the protector as well. I went swimming with it on and it fell off within the first 5 minutes and I never recovered it. I give it a 2/5 because it does protect the screen as it says. ... show more

This style of cover seems to offer good overall protection of the device ( watch ). But turned out to add quite a bit of size to the watch, they are lightweight and do appear to cover the watch well but as inherent to this style of protector they add bulk to the size, not bad for some, but my arms are fairly small and the added size was more than I preferred. I will however certainly use these protectors on tasks that could possibly damage my watch and then remove for normal everyday wear. ... show more

Doesn't fit the watch well, and gets knocked/brushed off during daily activities. I purchased these to prevent damage to the watch during day to day activities! Difficult to see through in any light level. It makes the touch sensitivity of the watch/screen too heavy... sometimes you can get a touch response from the watch, but most times not. I want to start out by saying that I love the ease in which I can put this on my watch. It isn't super difficult and pops right into place. It covers my entire screen and protects it on all sides which is what I wanted. I know exactly what people are saying about it getting wet and letting water seep into it. However, that is not a concern of mine as I don't swim or do water activities with it on. I also added a screen protector for a second layer of protection but the actual case protects the screen without the added layer. I love having the extra colors to choose from and at that price it allows me to buy one pack for the whole family. I highly recommend it. Unlike other reviews I've seen, I have had no issues with the protector falling off, etc. Definitely worth it to protect the watch at a moderate price. ... show more

This protector was easy to snap into place. It makes the watch appear much bigger than it is. It's clear in that the watch is not obscured and the screen is still very easy to read. In use, it has marks and scratches after less than a week's worth of normal use. I also need to tap more than once to get some watch features to activate. This protective cover fit my watch perfectly. It has provided very good protection with no loss of touch screen sensitivity (which surprised me). I can also pop it off or on with no problem.
