This is a nice helmet but its shell is larger than a standard DOT helmet. I'm told thats necessary to accommodate the padding required to meet Snell requirements. I didn't have any issues with wind noise or helmet lift on the highway as others have reported. I don't like the size it makes me feel like lord helmet but Its a trade off I'm accepting for the additional safety. When shopping for a helmet, I found that most don't accommodate those of us who wear glasses. After reading reviews of others who do and recommended this helmet, I gave it a try. Although I do have to take my glasses off when putting it on, the grooves in the padding make it easy and comfortable to slide my glasses back on. No pressing of the stems into the side of my head. My wife got one several months ago and loved it. I got one when it was time to retire the helmet I had. It is MUCH quieter than the HJC modular helmet I had. The visor could be a little easier to change is my only little complaint.
