    • Cute, to scale, and mom is happy the kiddos feed the "hungry" Schleich animals this food instead of food from the pantry
Our son has a bunch of Schleich animals and had started to feed them real food from our pantry because "they are hungry!" We didn't think that was a good solution, so we got this feed set so he would have play food to feed them. They are good quality, like you would expect of the Schleich toys, and the scale is perfect with the Schleich animals. The apples and carrots are small, which sometimes makes me a little nervous with our younger son, but they are the size you would think apples and carrots would be for the Schleich animals. We bought this set and then gave parts of it over several days in our countdown to christmas advent calendar that has little boxes that the boys open. It worked great! ... show more

I'm a bit biased because I love Schleich, but I have to say, these are awesome little toys! We have the barn, and several of the barn animals. We figured the kids needed something to feed their barn animals, so we ordered this. And weren't disappointed! The detail is amazing. And it's so very well made. They don't feel like cheap plastic like so many of the other brands. The detail is something I could look at for hours, the painting is very well done! Honestly, Schleich isn't known for being inexpensive, but for the price, this set wasn't bad at all!!! Totally recommend to anyone who collects or who has kids who play with farm sets. These should last at least a generation or two! ... show more

Everything is a bit larger than I expected. Not very realistic looking as everything is plastic.

Thankfully my 8-year-old niece loved the gift. I’m not sure why I expected more considering what was delivered is what was pictured, but I want anticipating the items to be larger.

    • Great addition to farm collection
My kids are playing with their Schleich animals so much more now that they can "feed" them. They also like to pretend to sweep out the barn with the tiny broom. I was surprised how much of a difference this little set made.
