Great lightweight shoes with excellent support! I have only had these for a couple of days but they feel like the best stability running shoes I have ever owned. They have really good arch support but not too much for myself. Definitely go a half size up from your normal size. I wear an 11.5 in running shoes (one full size up from my foot measurement of 10.5) and I wear a size 12 in these. I found that this shoe was difficult to walk in without propelling forward. I felt the shoe sole was too high. It almost felt like I was wearing platforms. I tried to wear these shoes but stopped because they made my back hurt and spasm. I returned them.
