    • Cohesion 14 is all around smaller than the same sized Cohesion 10
I love this brand, as its a decent price and seem to hold up fairly well - i replace my running shoes about every 2 years. I usually buy the Cohesion 10, but as that style has been phased out, i tried these. When they came in, they felt a little tight and I had hoped they would stretch as i broke them in, but the reality is that the Cohesion 14 is all around smaller than the Cohesion 10. About 1/2 size shorter, a narrower toe box, and lower instep. The quality seems about the same so far, but i will be replacing these sooner for comfort. Advice: Go up about 1/2 a size, and if you can wear regular width, but wide might be better, go with the wide. (example, in the cohesion 10, i wear a solid size 10 and they are super comfy, but in the cohesion 14, i need a 10.5W) ... show more

Good show, I always wore Saucony in my running days. However, the removable insole they had in my day was far superior to the junkie one in today’s version. I bought a better insole but otherwise the shoes are good.

Par arch support.... ended up putting in additional support for all day Vet Nurse milage. Tread had peeled off on one foot, already, wearing for less than 60 days, I thought would be sturdier. These are comfortable and cute and they fit really well. The only thing is after a few months the inside wall started to rip on the side so the plastic is exposed and there is a big hole on the inside now. For the price though they are definitely worth it.
