These are used in Phoenix, Az. Here we have mostly dirt, rock and crushed granite trails. These shoes give good traction on this material. The shoes seem well constructed, and the material is what I expected. They are comfortable to wear and have made hiking on the desert trails much more enjoyable.

These are still my favorite trail runners, but the top of the shoe is not as substantial as it was before. And the tongue is shorter(?), so a bit harder to put on. This model also seems harder to break in. The 11s and 10s were comfortable right out of the box.

Comfortable shoe, I work at a summer camp in Maine and these shoes are fantastic for that. Not so good indoors though, especially on smooth concrete or waxed surfaces.

My favorite running shoe since I discovered 10+ years ago. Comfort, performance and design are fabulous. ASICS Kayanos are a close second for street use. I’ve used many other top brands, but my feet like these the best.

This shoe is of fantastic design. Provides trail terrain protection with glove fit racing shoe characteristics. Feels very lightweight and nimble while providing sure footed off road grip.
