I've only used it 2 nights, but my curls have already started to form easier at night. It stays on fine. My only complaints would be that it will sometimes slip over my eyes at night (which could be a plus side if someone wanted to use it as a sleeping mask lol), and the adjustable band is a little thin about .5-1inch wide the picture made me think it'd be a little wider.

I have a very small head this fits very snug with the adjustable band. The interior is lined with a satin that is perfect for natural hair. I unwrap it and my hair looks perfect.
