My size fit in the top and bottoms very well. The shorts themselves don’t roll up when wearing them and neither does the shirt (but if it’s too small it might). For reference I’m 34G 31” waist and 43”hips/buttocks, 170lbs. Typically wear a size 10 in pants. I also ordered a small for my daughter she’s about 140, 5’2 27” waist. Ordered an xs for my other daughter and she’s 11 y/o. The top fit her torso (no belly out) and the bottoms fit her like typical spandex shorts.
