The only problem was that the band was too big for my finger (though only .25 sizes larger than another one I have which is too small!). The seller was in direct and regular contact to resolve issues I had below. Resolution was quick and highly satisfactory. The issues that follow are AMAZON logistics issues: I bought this item as a try before you buy and the order was changed to normal at the time of shipping. Shipping was delayed and cancellation was refused by Amazon even though the item did not ship for an entire day after requesting (and seller approved cancellation). Finally, the only return option is for UPS store which sucks because all of my other items are return at Kohls.

The only “negative” is that it does sit a little lower than my diamond did but not a dealbreaker for me. It looks gorgeous in the enhancer I chose to go with it so I included pics of it as well.
