Update 3-6-24 I spoke with ShopBop about these shoes and the fading of the black suede onto the white part of the shoe. They told me that I should have searched the Sam Edelman to find out how to properly care for these shoes. They said once I buy an item from them… It is my responsibility to know that there are special care directions for these shoes. There was nothing in the box that was said about Care.
