I ordered these twice. The first time I ordered from “amazon.com services LLC” (NOTE: i do not know whether or not this supplier and that one are the same - they could be, but I don't want to misrepresent anything here..) and they looked used - had scuff marks on the leather. If I had gotten them for $30 instead of over $100 I would have kept them. But for the price, ridiculous. I returned those and ordered them again - this time from “MegoShop” and the SAME thing happened. Scuff marks and scrapes. I thought maybe they were the same pair of shoes I had returned earlier and had to compare with photographs! I don’t know what is up with these Sam Edelman nude shoes supplier/s! So I’m sending the second pair back as well. Very annoyed and disappointed. UPDATE - I updated to 4 stars because they provided excellent customer service in offering me a hefty discount if I chose to keep the shoes. I figured it was fair considering the level to which they looked worn, which is probably 3 or 4 times. We all know that unfortunately light colored heels mark up terribly quickly.
