Sam Edelman is currently my fav shoe designer. These pumps look incredible, lengthen your legs like magic, and are surprisingly comfy (think Cole Haan level comfy). They fit true to size, and aren't bad for occasions on which you'll have to stand for a few hours.

The shoes look sharp, feminine, and beautiful. So hard to find stylish shoes that come in wide width! I've tried many pairs of pumps made for wide-width feet and these are the ones that work best for me in both style and comfort. Although I find these more comfortable than pumps from other brands, I would not be able to wear them all day. They are perfect for a special event or photo session. The shoes look well-made. This is my 3rd pair of Sam Edelman pumps. I've only worn the other pairs several times each, and so far, no defect or easy wear and tear.

I've purchased about 6 pairs of Sam Edelman "Hazel" pumps over the past 5 years and the sizing has always been consistent in this particular shoe. I cannot say the same for their other designs, but this particular shoe has always been perfect. The heel height and shape is perfect to be worn all day without much discomfort and is great for work and play. The patent leather designs have been just a little stiffer than the regular leather ones, but that's to be expected and both soften a bit with use. Also, every time I've ordered this shoe from Amazon, it always arrives in good shape/brand new. So far so good... I hope they never discontinue this shoe.

I was skeptical of ordering from a third party vendor, but the Black Friday deal was too good to pass up. The shoes didn’t fit me well (I think my feet were too narrow) so I immediately packed up to return. I had to return via DHL, which is not an easy process in my area. I received an email that I would be refunded, but they were deducting a $7 tax fee as well as a $43 restocking fee, aka half of the whole cost. I asked why, and they said because I had returned the item damaged. I asked for photo proof because I knew I didn’t. They said they would fully refund me to satisfy me. I hope it goes through. You can’t trust third party vendors on here, even if they look legitimate and have overall good reviews!! They’re always looking for ways to scam you out of money.
