Huge fan! I love the look of a ballet flat, but usually they are too painful for me to wear. They typically are too stiff, rub, cause blisters, etc. etc. BUT these Sam Edelman ballet flats are comfortable right out of the box! I unpacked them and wore them around the house for 30 minutes to decide if they were worth keeping, and they are! They feel instantly broken in and soft. No rubbing or blistering. For those needing a lot of arch support, you probably need an insert because the sole is pretty flat. The saddle brown color is beautiful. The suede is very soft. I will be treating the shoes with a Scotch guard spray to protect them. I recommend these and hope to buy more colors!

2nd Updated Review: After wearing the shoes maybe 15 times MAX- the shoe sole is separating from the shoe. Wish I could return. Quality and price do not correlate on this shoe. Do not buy- save your money and buy something with better quality. 1st Updated Review: Reordered in a different color and size and they fit great! Original Review: Super cute but there was some visible glue where the shoe-sole met the leather on the exterior. The shoe has little structure and very little cushioning. In addition, the color “pecan” is more red than shown. I returned the shoes because I ordered the wrong size. I might reorder a different size and color.

Buttery soft and comfortable, these are just about perfect. I had been looking for a squared toe ballet loafer with a higher vamp (hate toe cleavage) in this very color. I would have paid more for the right pair, but these were the right choice. FYI, the bow is decorative and I would have appreciated being able to tighten them as one foot is slightly smaller than the other, but this is to be expected at this price point.

Great shoe, but looks strange on

This is such a cute idea. But since it has a square toe, your toes don’t reach the end of the shoe, and you can see it, and it looks stupid. They should have rounded the toe a bit. So disappointed. It’s so hard to find cute flats.
