I really like these pants. I ordered one pair in white and another in gray, which is a very light colored gray. I like to wear these type of pants around the beach or resorts we visit, as I’m not a big fan of using sunscreen. Having had skin cancer dug out me for the last 10 years from too many years of excessive sun exposure here in Southern California, these pants give me some protection from that. I realize these would most likely have a low SPF rating in regards to sunblocking, but that’s fine, as I don’t sit out in direct sun all that long anyway when I go places. I do have sun blocking hiking type pants when I do need something like that. I also realize that you still need a certain amount of vitamin D that the sun provides naturally, so these fit the bill in that regard. I like their loose fit, and being all cotton, they dry fast as well if you do get them wet. I’m 6’ 1” / 195 lbs. and normally wear a size 34 waist with a 32 inseam in low waisted jeans. The size large I ordered in these pants seem to fit me just right with a good length to them. Being that they are all cotton, I plan on washing them on a cold cycle and hang drying them to keep them from shrinking up. I would highly recommend these pants, as I am more than satisfied with their quality and fit.

I purchased three pairs of these for a cruise to the Bahamas. The fit is the best thing about these linen blend pants. In comparison to other brands I have purchased, these have a tapered leg and less voluminous overall fit. Are these skinny fit? No...so don't misunderstand. I never understand why people expect a beach pant to be skinny, when the point is to wear a loose, cool pant for the hot weather? I bought white, navy and beige and all have a nice weight to the fabric. They're not flimsy feeling or see-thru like some others I tried. As other reviewers have stated, the beige is slightly yellowish and the navy is slightly lighter than navy. The color difference isn't a deal breaker for me, so I kept all three. The pockets are patch pockets, which give them a casual vibe. I like the dressier look of non-patch pockets on another brand I bought at the same time, but this is the only brand I've found that's more fitted. After washing the pants in gentle, cool water and line drying, I didn't notice any shrinkage. For reference, I wear a 32x32 jean and size 32 fit perfectly in length and waist. The only negative about these pants involves the beige color pant. I experienced the same problem as another reviewer. When the beige pant was washed, it looked like the color was bleached out of the fabric over a large area. I thought I overused the oxyclean when I tried to remove some stains from the trip. However, after drying, the color was perfectly normal over the entire pant with no problems. I definitely recommend these pants.

I have three pairs of these. The first one I ordered is probably my favorite pair of pants. Fits me perfectly, super comfortable, and looks good enough that I wear them to my business casual office. I liked them so much I got two more pairs. The two additional ones look great and fit just as well as the first, but they smell awful. I have washed them repeatedly and can't get rid of the odor. Basically cannot wear them which is disappointing because I otherwise like them. The first pair is khaki. The bad smelling ones are black and olive. If anyone has any tips for getting rid of the odor, let me know.

Bought the XL, perfect comfortable fit. I'm 6'3" 250 lbs. Waist was good, length was long but not too long (34" inseam usually). Wash cold, hang dry. Great for Caribbean vacation! Highly recommend.

Actually impressed with the fit and comfort of these pants. I am 6'5" and purchased the XXL size.. and these fit much better than expected! I will say I wish they were maybe an inch longer in the legs, but they are worked quite well for the Hawaiian themed event I attended. Very comfortable material. Button and tie-string secure the waist well. I did not get the sense that they were at all see-through as some have asked, but maybe that is why I was getting so much attention? Kidding, no mention of them being transparent.
