Not sure this is pure saffron because the testing method I was told to use didn't work the way it should. The color of these threads didn't change much with ice and when in cold water they changed the color immediately.. I thought it was supposed to be a gradual change but not sure. I never tasted saffron before so I don't know if it's 100% or not sorry. ... show more
