The tracking was never updated, customer service would not answer the phone, but I could chat on line and was told they have a call into the local carrier. Amazon customer service didn't help much either stating if after a month I could get a refund if it did not show. I like how true to the image the rug is, I ordered the 4 foot wide round rug, me and my lack of space visualization thought it would fit my room better, but it's a tad too small. The dimensions are true to the listed dimensions, I recommend busting out the tape measure to really get an idea of the size you order though lol! we got the 6x9 size for underneath our queen bed, and it's the perfect size! i'm just hoping that the wrinkles will lay flat over time and won't take too long to do so, but it's to be expected with any rug.
