Great product for the money. Sure its skinny. I use it just to store extra tools. I also bought the 2 door version and just ratchet strapped it to the top. The bottom had a dent and I talked with customer service. They were quick to come up with a solution that I was happy with (partial refund). Beware if you plan to roll it around MAKE SURE IT IS LOCKED! It will tip over with weight in it as the drawers slide open very easily. I bought these for my husband’s birthday. They were damaged in transit, but the seller was excellent and very responsive and made things right for us. The low profile is perfect for us as it fits under our existing workbench. The drawers are roomy and fit many tools. Great value!

Review of the 7 drawer model. Don’t know what another reviewer was talking about, it does only need the wheels and handle installed. Took me maybe 10 minutes. Came well packaged and undamaged. All drawers have bearing slides and open and close smoothly. I put my hand in the middle of one of the drawers and push down kinda hard, it still opened and closed smoothly and didn’t deform much at all from the weight. All the drawers have liners, wasn’t expecting that. The included parts bins are too tall for the first two drawers. I’m using it to store stuff next to my drill press. Got the idea from the bear vendor but they wanted ~$600, it is a nice wood tool box though, just too rich for what I need. This box will work just fine for storing what I need with my drill press. Considering HD sells this same box for double the price, I’m very happy. ... show more

I was hoping that this rolling tool chest would be competitive in quality with a well known brick and mortar chain that has prices about 20% higher for a similar item. The item began to lose ball bearings from a drawer slider as I unpacked it, and the lowest shelf does not slide smoothly or symmetrically. That alone is a disappointment. However, I intend to use this for light weight woodworking tools that will not stress the wheels or sheet metal. The stainless steel top is a bonus. But all of the drawers should slide smoothly. ... show more
