The media could not be loaded. Got this phone a while back and I am dazzled. Works with quite most bearer in America, it has a really wonderful signal. Battery life will normally last two or three days. I am a genuinely substantial client as well. Speakers are decent, very loud.The best an incentive for it is its warm imaging camera. This capacity must be supposed to be the most intriguing and commonsense capacity I have ever utilized. Contrasted and the warm imaging of BV9800 Expert, it is all the more clear and computerized. In the event that you need an extreme, cool, android telephone for 1/3 the cost of the unstable cell phones that continually break, an extraordinary purchase with BV9900 will satisfy you. Very well built. I also considered the CAT phone with thermal imaging, but the new generation is lacking many of the features of the previous generation and and the previous generation was ruined by updates and poor support. I've had this phone for almost a month, and several updates in have had no issues. I also considered the ulephone armor 9, but this phone is a much better deal and you can get a USB horoscope for any phone, so their proprietary one isn't really a feature to consider and is really just another port to collect dust and sand. This phone has been great so far and I'm always looking for new things to use the thermal camera on.

I have had the phone less than a year and it stopped working, it just randomly shut off and started boot looping. I contacted customer service and they said "flash the phone to a new version. Was there any water in the phone? If there is no water, you may flash the version of the phone." It was my understanding this phone was waterproof. If they are jumping to water damage there must be an issue with these phones and water damager as I said nothing about water and I hadnt had the phone near water at the time of the issue. It also wont flash because of the boot loop so I am being denied warranty for no reason.

I really liked the features on this phone, *however it was NOT an unlocked phone as advertised, and I had to return it because it never worked properly.

Not sure how the power button became stuck, but it did. Maybe have dropped or some random debris, but it happen having it for 2 weeks.

I really wanted to like this phone, but I cannot recommend it. Yes it is rugged, the thermal imaging is a great feature, but there are way too many issues for my taste. It constantly turns off by itself, it gets stuck at the loading screen. It is rather heavy and the surface on the back of the phone makes it slide off anything uneven.
