My daughter and I needed costumes for a dance class. I'm 5'7" and 180ish lbs. We both bought XL because it is easier to take in than let out and we wanted to be comfortable. This fit me with room for dancing. My daughter is SHORT (5'1") and we had to hem the bottom and sleeves and it was probably a bit baggy. But she was comfortable for dancing. This is not an expensive costume, so don't expect it to be the best quality. (It is NOT cotton or silk and it is not leather. It is relatively cheap fabric (but not plastic) and the belt is some sort of plastic.) But it worked great for rehearsal and two shows and we can easily use them for Halloween. They are still in good shape. Nothing tore (but we didn't wear it tight). And most dance costumes cost $70 to $100 and are no better quality than this. This works for what I needed/wanted which was for picture quality. You are not going to win awards for best costume but it is light weight and breathable (very important when you are wearing clothes underneath it) and llooks the part for parties and pictures.

Bought for my son, he is only 9. However he is a little big for his age and wears 14/16 and 18s in clothes so he was big for the largest kid size. It fit great a little long as to be expected but not bad sleeves were not too long and the headpiece was good. Got here in good time. Good product.

Good fit. Looks good. If you have facial hair and long hair, it looks all the better on you. Only real downside is it's cheap material, so in some places the chainmail was coming undone. But its an inexpensive costume, so I'm not complaining.

5'10" 225lbs - 44 long suit jacket - 36 waist. I bought the XL and it fits me like an XL. The fabric is a synthetic, as you may expect for the price. I read in the other review that the belt doesn't fit. I wore it 3 holes in and it was fine. If you intend to fight in the crusades, pick a different product.
